It started with a photo. Buttercup — Sarah's fluffy tabby — has permanently dilated, saucer-sized eyes that make her look like she desperately needs caffeine. One of her grumpy photos blew up on Reddit, and catching it mid-workday felt like a shot of espresso.
So Sarah laser-engraved Buttercup's face and "NEED CAFFEINE" onto a tumbler. Friends saw it, thought Buttercup was hilarious, and started asking for their own.
